HEALING AND RELEASING NEGATIVE EMOTIONS

Our negative emotions have a huge impact in our lives and many people’s lives are completely blighted by things like depression, stress, bereavement, panic attacks or phobias.

The big four negative emotions are fear, anger, hurt and guilt. All of these have different causes and applications and we may not always be aware of all the knock on effects that these feelings create.

In this workshop we will look at the possible damage that the negative emotions create and the ways in which we can heal and release them. We will also put in new ways to prevent the feelings from creating further damage in our lives.
