OVERCOMING WEIGHT ISSUES
This workshop looks at the possible underlying causes for us to have issues with weight or overeating. There are many reasons why we have this problem in our lives. Many of these are emotional. Often there are factors from the past or childhood that come into play here. Only once we address the cause of the weight can we successfully deal with it and find a lifestyle that supports our healthy eating and fitness and not keep on repeating the old destructive patterns and beliefs.
There are many processes that can help to clear these reasons for the weight that are included in the workshop.
